What we collect

When you use our enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and information about a property you own or the property you need. Please don't include personal details about the people you support.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to match landlords with accommodation providers, and to manage any sourcing agreement that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

Who we share it with

With your agreement, we share relevant details between landlords and providers to make an introduction. Our website is hosted by GitHub Pages, and enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, which processes them on our behalf. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, unless they form part of a sourcing agreement, in which case we keep them for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
